The team from Agri Energy only have 2 more days of practice before they begin their fundraising climb of Ben Nevis. Virgin Money Giving has also published details about the climb on their blog as the big day approaches.
Vincent’s son Anthony was diagnosed with Burkitt’s lymphoma cancer in October last year and was treated at Yorkhill Hospital on the Schiehallion ward, undergoing 25 operations and procedures as well as enduring a course of chemotherapy.
Anthony is recovering and as a thank you proud parents Vincent and Claire have organised events to raise money for the underfunded children’s ward where their son was cared for. Vincent will be joined by Agri Energy staff from many other depots all aiming to reach a target of £20,000. Agri Energy will also match the total raised by the group.
